    Technical Skills

    • 3+ years of Ellucian Banner 9 technical implementation consultant experience with higher education clients.
    • Ellucian Banner 9 experience.
    • Proficiency in Oracle 12c RDBMS and Weblogic or higher is required.
    • Competence in Banner Student Information System and associated integrated systems.
    • Experience with the following: Ellucian Solutions Manager (ESM), JAVA, Jenkins, and Redhat 6.x or higher.
    • Maintain releases of Banner 9 applications, troubleshoot and fix errors in existing applications systems.
    • Collaborate with the implementation team (Business Analysts, testers, developers and administrators).
    • Support implementation team on current issues.

    • In depth understanding of core business processes of in higher education is essential
    • Functional understanding of key processes in Accounts Receivable, Financial Aid, and/or Student modules is desirable

    • Interpret business requirements and work with team members to evaluate institutional application customizations and make recommendations to implement baseline and/or program functionality

    The Senior IT Manager, Information Security Operations will report directly to Director, Information Security and will be responsible for leading the Security Operations team.     WHAT YOU WILL DO
    The Challenge:

    • Help define and shape the future of DevSecOps.
    • Drive results by leveraging the team and tools to accomplish security operations objectives.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, communications and training related to security engineering and operations including but not limited to:
      • Auditing, logging, monitoring and alerting practices.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to provide guidance for information security team members
